General Refund Policy

At Smart Deals Finder, we strive to provide excellent service and value to our users. However, due to the digital nature of our service and immediate consumption of credits upon use, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all credit purchases and subscription fees.

Credits

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, credits are immediately available in your account and never expire.

Credit Types:

  • • Purchased credits: Valid upto 1 (one) year.
  • • Subscription credits: Reset monthly and do not roll over
  • • Free trial credits: Reset monthly after account creation
  • • Visitor credits: Reset monthly for anonymous users
Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

Cancellation Policy:

  • • Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
  • • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • • No pro-rated refunds for unused portions
  • • Monthly search allowances do not roll over
Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances where our service is completely unavailable or non-functional for an extended period, and the issue is confirmed to be on our end.

Refund Considerations:

  • • Complete service outage lasting more than 24 hours
  • • Technical errors preventing all search functionality
  • • Account suspension due to system errors (not user violations)

Individual search results, data accuracy, or temporary service interruptions do not qualify for refunds as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Service Limitations

Smart Deals Finder provides AI-powered deal analysis based on publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee:

  • •Complete accuracy of price information or product details
  • •Availability of products or current pricing
  • •Profitability of deals found through our service
  • •Continuous service availability

These limitations do not constitute grounds for refunds, as clearly stated in our Terms of Service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for remaining credits or unused subscription periods.
